Why do I need to create an account?

Accounts allow BioStrata to support a more organized client experience. They help manage orders, subscriptions, assessments, dashboards, protocol access, and future platform features.

Why do I need to complete an assessment?

Assessments help create a more responsible and structured onboarding process. BioStrata is designed around guided protocol infrastructure.

Assessments also help support future personalization features and better client workflows.

How long is my assessment valid?

Assessments are valid for a period of 12 months. In general, assessments are intended to support ongoing account eligibility and may need to be updated, should your medical needs change.

Does BioStrata offer a client dashboard?

Yes. BioStrata is actively building dashboard infrastructure to support account management, subscriptions, assessments, protocol access, and future platform tools.

Subscriptions & Orders

How do subscriptions work?

BioStrata products are structured around recurring access to support continuity and reduce interruptions in protocol scheduling. Subscription details, billing intervals, and management options are displayed during checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through the client account dashboard or according to the terms provided during checkout.

Can I change my subscription later?

Yes. Your protocol subscription can be changed or updated. This is common when your dosage increases, or another peptide is added to your protocol. BioStrata has built account tools to make subscription management easier over time.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes. Clients should receive order confirmation and relevant account or subscription details after checkout is completed.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines may vary depending on processing volume, destination, carrier delays, holidays, and product availability. Tracking information is provided once an order has been processed and shipped.

What should I do if tracking does not update?

Tracking updates can occasionally lag behind carrier movement. If a tracking number has not updated after a reasonable period, clients may contact BioStrata support for assistance.

Education, Safety & Compliance

Is BioStrata information considered medical advice?

Are BioStrata products FDA approved?

Many peptides have not received FDA approval. Many are just now beginning to be researched and studied for human use. The FDA is way behind when it comes to peptide therapies. Should I consult a healthcare provider before beginning a peptide therapy?

We encourage all of our clients to consult a healthcare professional before beginning any therapy treatment. However, if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a serious medical condition, taking prescription medications, have a history of any type of cancers, or currently under medical care, you should definitely consult a qualified healthcare professional before considering any wellness-related protocol.
